My Approach

I believe that our early experiences, learned behaviours, and unconscious patterns have a powerful impact on how we feel, think, and relate to others in the present.

 

Therapy with me is about making sense of how past experiences continue to shape current emotions, behaviours, and relationships.

​

I work less from a cognitive or structured approach (such as CBT or goal-setting models) and more from a collaborative, explorative perspective. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process: different people are helped in different ways at different times.

​

Together, we decide the pace and direction of the work, shaping a space that best suits your needs and experiences.
